Is Paypal In-App model for Android legal on Android Market?

Hi,

As you all might be knowing that Paypal has launched an in-App purchase model for Anroid. I will like to know whether this is legally allowed in Android market or not.

I know this may not be the best place to ask this but being developers if anyone has developed an application which uses Paypal In-App and is on Android Market then it would be a great help.

Asking for a donation is Legal, But making an user to purchase the app is illegal. Android Market doesn't allow to sell your app from India, If you really want to sell them then you can also do it via slideMe.org

I do not want to sell app from India. The app will be sold from US only. I am talking about the in-app purchase. The app is such that it lets users purchase goods within app. Is that kind of in-app model through paypal legal in Android market.
