Error code:-2147467259 Error code name:failed Java desktop application Crystal Report XI

Hi guys,
I'm trying to run Java_JRC_Desktop_View_Report_and_set_database_logon downloaded from here but at runtime my java desktop application throws this Exception:

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKException: org/apache/log4j/Logger---- Error code:-2147467259 Error code name:failed

From what depends?
