Software free trial and using software in open-source and commercial development

For example I found great uml tool (http://www.architexa.com/start/pricing) that is free for 30 days. Can I use screenshots from it in open-source and commercial website?

since its mine for 30 days, I should be able to do whatever I want with it, right?

thats not going to happen. From what I understand companies do not care enought about it to use lawyer, so they just don't do it. is that common practice?

So, you aren't going to read the license agreement, and you want us to tell you what's permitted or not? It is fairly common, in corporations and open source projects, to avoid anything dubious, although that's not always the case. Some companies seem to prefer to do legally dubious or illegal things and fight things out in court. Individuals frequently ignore legalities.

@01: Let me restate what I said above... "Read the License Agreement" to see what is allowed during the trial period. If you can't figure it out from there, consult a lawyer.
