I've deleted some records from an Access MDB file, is it possible in any way to retrieve the deleted records? It's very important, the only way I've found is with AccessFix which is too expensive.

A:
There is no way to recover deleted records except through a data recovery service, or by writing the tools yourself to read the binary data of the file. You'd then have to figure out the structure of the binary data in order to find the data.
So, if you won't spend a couple hundred on this, you have to revert to a backup.
You do have backups, right? I mean, with a backup from overnight, say, you might lose today's records, but not all of them.
Right?

That's the worst thing I don't have any backup :(

That's unfortunate, and hopefully a good lesson. You need multiple levels of backup for any data, not just Access, but with Access it's your main line of defense against potential data loss of this type.
