Customize html type file button

Hey Guys,

I want to change the button for upload an image and place an image of another button..

How can I do that, and that it works, on FF, IE, Safari, Chrome

I tried it http://www.quirksmode.org/dom/inputfile.html but it doesn't work very well on safari...
