How to deploy a Java/JBos Seam Application in a cluster using a floating IP?

Hi guys:

We are trying to deploy a web application made in Java using JBoss Seam. We can access the application normaly, but when we try to access to the application accross a floating IP, it doesn't work. There is a cluster containing the web application.

How to access correctly to the application hosted in the cluster?
