I always sync my phone with my office computer so that I don't lose any data. This time I changed my office and moreover to the great luck my HTC Touch stopped working. Its touch is not responding and thus I want to backup all my data and buy a new phone. But this time when I tried to sync, it copied only the latest contacts that I added and not the old ones. I have removed all the old PC settings - still no use. Anyone have any idea how I can make that work.
Just remember that the Touch is not working so I can't really do anything in my phone. It's all PC settings that I can change.
