I have an informal group that need to exchange emails between each other in a secured fashion. I am a programmer and can barely get away with using PGP (using http://www.jumaros.de/rsoft/index.html), so I cannot except the "average" person to send using PGP. I cannot change everyone's email to a PGP-enabled mail server either because everyone has their own preferred email address (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, private, etc).

Does anyone have an easy method to exchange emails securely and easily? I was thinking of setting up an SSL web page where people can paste their PGP key and message and will encrypt or decrypt the message (depending on their radio button option). Is this possible? Any better ideas?

You should install the Engmail plugin for Thunderbird.
