I know while we setup meta tags in our websites, we are configuring how a Search Engine lists our websites in their Database, but while searching some popular site like FiFA World Cup(for now), torrentz and others.

From my research there is no simple way other than "just" make your site relevant and interesting to as many people as possible.
That covers the torrentz search, but the fifa image you have i couldn't find out about this but it doesn’t look like its part of the standard search results and i would guess that google decided to add thing like that on a ad hoc basis.
I hope this helps, i know its bugged me for a while, it still doesn’t clear it up much.
