I was very surprised when to not find process monitor, which could be able to doing their work, and save some dumps with the specified periodicity. Does anyone know such like this?

Better late then never I guess.
When you go in "file/backing files", you are able to define where to save your data. Altough you cannot define the periodicity (or I have yet to know how), the program seems to create a new file roughly every 256MB automatically.
