Struts 2 + tiles + velocity interoperability?

Has anyone been able to get velocity + tiles working with struts 2?

I am having some problem finding examples or tutorials online and from what I have gathered from mailing lists it seems it might not even be possible at all (but the mails were quite old).

I stopped using Struts 2-3 years ago when I switched to JSF. And Tiles and I never DID get along (I'm using Facelets for tiling). But I've done enough work with Stuts, Tiles, and Velocity that I think I can safely assert that you should be able to do so without too much trouble.

We are also trying to integrate velocity and tiles in struts2...
