It was fine before. I've made no env change(that i remember). Very strange. I am running RadRails on a Windows Vista machine.

You're running quite outdated rails version and it says that you're lacking ActiveRecord gem.

I wonder if i can update my ruby through aptana radrails? and if i could, would it update my gems (and hopefully get me the ActiveRecord gem that mysteriously disappeared)?

Dunno, but I'd strongly recommend updating your gems not via ide. I'm yet to see an ide that's really good at managing gems. Command prompt is your best bet.
