I have started learning php recently, and I am loving it. I have a background in c, c++ and java. I want to know what else should I learn along with it, which can add value to my knowledge.

Congratulations, you have just discovered the world of dynamically typed languages. You might want to try ruby or python.

You should expand your knowledge and learn to work with database as well. Learn sql and along with that use it with mysql, oracle, and other databases. You will find it really beneficial to combine php and other programming languages with database.

JavaScript is often used with PHP and learning it will allow you to do a lot of cool things in the browser.

If you mean what else should you learn to go-along with your newly acquired PHP knowledge, I would suggest javascript/jQuery + HTML/CSS as then you will have both server-side and client-side skills needed for building webapps.

Next you might want to learn a PHP-based CMS (content management system) like Drupal which can be useful as well for building full-featured web sites

Learn a framework or two. The most popular ones are CakePHP, Zend Framework, Symfony, and CodeIgniter. I would suggest CakePHP or Symfony, as ZF missed the boat on what it means to be a framework and CI has a "DIY model" approach.

In addition, MySQL, Apache, general Linux, and XHTML/CSS/JS are all good ideas.
