English isn't my native language but my dream is to work for international company as a PHP (ZF) programmer. Please tell me, how good I need to know English to work without any communication problems?

Communication skills are important along with technical knowledge. The way you have framed your question, i think you will not have problems with working in a international atmosphere. Communication skills come handy while composing emails, dealing with clients and colleagues. However you can always keep developing by reading more articles on the net ,books and newspaper in English.
If you are able to communicate your ideas well, even though that means taking time to frame a correct grammatical sentence you are through. Sometimes communication problems cause lot of difficulty.
