hello i am bit confused that how can i use java cap i have netbeans 6.0.1 it it necessary to have netbeans 6.1 to use cap and secondly how to use the CAP

JCAPS (6.1 at least) is intimately tight to Netbeans 6.1 and Glassfish 2.1; you've not no other choice than using what is installed by JCAPS.
Maybe you should try to learn the basis of Java SE programming, and Java-ee packaging (concept of EAR files) and deployment before investigating JCAPS
