how to get licenses of open source softwares like linux

A:

You already have a license for Linux, the GNU General Public License, version 2. :) It's licensed to all third parties, including you. You can read the license as HTML, and it should be included with your Linux system. Other licenses will probably also appear. E.g. for Debian-style systems, look for:

/usr/share/doc/package_name/copyright/

where package_name is the package you're interested in.

Open source softwares like Linux are licensed under GNU GPL. The GNU GPL states that anybody can download the software or its published executable/installer for any use. It also states that anybody can take the code, modify and use. So you have the license once you take the software or its source code.
