WordPress plugin for document vault

Question

I'm looking for a plugin for WordPress that will:

1. With users, allow users to upload documents into a vault.
2. Other users should NOT be able to view other users documents.
3. The admin should be able to view ALL documents that are organized by user.
4. The admin should be able to upload files into a user's account for their view.

Does anyone know of a plugin, free or cost, that can do this? Thanks all!
