Website request and IP problem

I have two website with two valid IP address, first website send request to other websites with it's own IP address but second website send request with IP of first website. This issue cause that payment of my second website users rejected because of wrong IP address.

Please guide me about this issue, my server is windows 2008 and webserver IIS7 also websites are written in ASP.NET.
