I've followed the instructions Symbol provided to have Datawedge run on cold boot on the mc9090 windows mobile device. However, it doesn't work. Is there any documentation on the file formats for the .cpy or .run files? Is there a way to get any debugging or logging information?
This is what I did, following the Windows Mobile instructions for Datawedge 2.02.03: 1. copy "\Bin\PPC\DataWedge.exe" from your PC to the \Application folder on the device 2. Copy "\Application\DataWedge.cpy" from your PC to the \Application folder on the device 3. Copy "\Application\Startup\DataWedge.run" from your PC to the \Application\Startup folder on the device 4. Cold boot (clean boot for WM2005) the device
And event when it cold boots, it does not run datawedge, nor does it copy the .exe to the windows folder.
Is there another step I am missing?
