How to Acquire a License for TrialWare in InstallShield 2009 Premier

Question

Basic msi project, InstallShield 2009 Premier TrialWare->TrialWare Files->New File Configured for Trial Usage:

1. Selected a TrialWare file
2. Type: Try and Buy
3. There are no licenses here. Pressed the Acquire button. a. Description already set, I didn't change it b. Version already set c. User/pass I choose the the same user/pass to log in at InstallShield Activation Server

Now when I press Next, I get error message Failed to contact the License Server. The Server may not be responding, or you have lost connection to the Internet. Please try again later.

Now in InstallShield Activation Server I added my product with the product id, name etc. as required. But from Licensing tab I could not add any license and its showing No licensing found.

Have anyone done this trialware successfully? How?
