Looking for a SEO keywords density tool

I am looking for some text editor where i could type in or paste in article and test keywords density.

Would be great if i could enter phrases and keywords i am trying to position against and it could also generate list of all keywords automatically.

ps. needs utf8 support as some i found had problem with it. also better if its some java app or plugin i could use locally not only online tool.

thats actually not that bad but it does not have any SEO-like features. % of text to html, keywords in clusters and keyphrases and possibly more that i dont even know of as im not an SEO pro :- )
