Removing custom roms HTC Hero

Are there any ways to remove custom roms for HTC Hero and go back to the original rom that was shipped with the phone?

changing the original ROM is illegal, i think you have to TRY downloading the original rom from HTC support then flash using their flashing software.

The best way to really remove the custom rom is downloading the old rom from the HTC website. When you install this rom, you are sure that the phone is clean!
