Comet Iframe blocked by firewall?

I have a website using iframe comet, most of the users have no problem using it at home. However for a lot of user that use the website in office, the streaming data seems unable to reach the client. Could it be possible that the corporate firewall block this kind of long persistent connection to port 80?? Any suggestion to solve this problem is greatly appreciated.
