Infopath and Soap Headers

So in infopath you can point to a web service and have the wizard create it and write almost zero code. But if the web service requires a soap header to be passed, you can't do that. You basically have to call the web service directly. Has anyone done a hybrid solution? One that just adds the soap header to the soap document to be submitted?
