uploading word Documents

Hi, This is Srinivas I am workig on File Streams, When i am Uploading Word Documents in the Server i am getting the Error "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154."

The Server is Windows 2003.

The Uploading of the Word Documents Works in my Local System. Please Help me to solve this Problem. My Local System have Windows XP.
