Tell me simple design flaw which you have faced(irrespective of programming language) while you code and how did you over come with that?
Building apps with edge-case amounts of content, and being thoroughly let down when the content received is twice as lengthy, and "no room to manoeuvre".
Plenty of times I personally didn't want to implement the code because the feature or change itself was wrong for the customer, likely going to be hard to maintain, and/or could only be done in a hacky way because we were short on time.
Overcome with long discussions where I present quantitative data, facts, and experiences to make my case. When I win the discussion its great. If I lose, I walk away understanding another perspective.
