Gmail and BlackBerry: Any way to prevent archived messages being sent to BlackBerry

My GMail account has over 200 filters and around 50 lables. Some days I recieve up to 100 mails; most filtered to lables and archived.

Is there anyway to prevent archived messages being sent to my BlackBerry.
