how to fix System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out?

hi,

hi i am getting System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out error message. because of this i got many errors in SEO tool kit. so, please give me the solution to solve this problems so that i can solve all the errors in SEO. i am using C# and master page concept.
