Looking for a good CMS with a Publishing Platform for Print and Online Publishing

Need a less costly alternative to my browser-based CMS, that is based on Alfresco. Must be able to xml export for web and book publishing. I have a database of over 4,000 standardized listings that I am looking to expand. Any ideas???
