bug with the blogger api?

Question

Hey guys,

I have a blog whose last post was dated 02/08/10 1:22pm.

When I use the following query,

http://www.blogger.com/feeds/23853089/posts/default?published-min=2010-08-02T12:22:00

I set the minimum published date to 12:22pm but no post are shown!

I have tried this is several blogs and set the min.date to few mins/hrs before the last post but still the problem persists.

Is this a bug ?
