How can you work with pixel formats not in System.Windows.Media.PixelFormat?

There is only a very limited set of PixelFormats in DotNet world, but I need to write bit values for a CMYK image with 1-bit depth channels.

Does anyone have any ideas here? Do I need to use an external library? If so does anyone have a recommendation?
