I have created one website using single installation of Joomla . I want to create one more website. Is it possible to create more than 1 website ? If so how is it possible ?

Joomla was not made for multi-site management you would need to setup another Joomla in a 2nd folder to have a 2nd website managed by joomla or aquire another hosting plan (but that depends on what company is hosting your site, if it is dreamhost for example, then it is alot easier) for holding 2 websites with different content.
