Configure timeout for setup script in LocalTestRun.testrunconfig?

Hi,

I am trying to run mstest automation which has a setup script which runs before actual test execution begins. The time required for setup script execution is not configurable in the UI and execution fails if setups job does not complete execution in 5 minutes.

Does anyone know if it can be configured directly in LocalTestRun.testrunconfig?
