How to retrive the Video thumbnail in android

I want to retrive the vedeo thumnail from the SDCARD and show in grid View for both Android OS version 1.5 and 2.0. By using MEdiaStore class i can retrive the thumbnail in only 2.0 and above but i want one commen code to retrive the Video thumbnail for 1.5 and 2.0 also. please reply me foor that. thanks
