About CAcroPDPage->DrawEx

I have a application, which call CAcroPDPage->DrawEx to write image to window, and then I get the image and save it to bitmap. but now I met a question: the screen only display portion of the image if the image is too big (such as 3344*2381 pixel), on this contion, I only get portion of the image. I appreciate someone could help me. Many thanks.
