Anyone aware of any .net triplestores out there? I know there is a lot of Java stuff, but I'm more interested in a .net version.

Two places to start for .NET (C#) versions:
- Semantics platform (Commercial)
- SemWeb.NET (open source)
The latter doesn't appear in active development at the moment (see the notice on their web site). But maybe you can convince them otherwise!
Good luck!

@John Thanks for the links. I have tried the semweb.net in the past but never got to far (lack of support is not encouraging). The commercial option looks very cool, now I need to check the price!

You could also try my library dotNetRDF if you want a free and fully open source alternative to the options proposed by John
