Internal Server Error when install Wordpress

Question

This is an error I got http://macslab.com/events/wp-admin/install.php

I followed instruction here to empty .htaccess file http://www.pupuweb.com/blog/fix-wordpress-internal-server-error/

I also set 755 to all files and folders

I am sure the database connection works because if I changed it, it would say database connection error. So the only 2 things don't work is file/folder permission or phpinfo() http://macslab.com/events/phpinfo.php

Can someone help?

Can you let me know if you are installing the Wordpress at the root of your FTP Hosting or is it an Addon domain?

This can help investigation.

I got it fixed by upgrading to php 5.x
