Music preview API?

Question

Does anyone know of of a music API that let's you play maybe 30 second previews of songs? I know Amazon has a flash widget, but I was wondering if there are other options for integrating this into a music site.

I know last.fm and musicbrainz have some awesome APIs, but none of them do music previews.

Not sure quite how in depth this is, or how it's implemented, but it might be worth having a look at the Beatport API.

The track object has a sampleUrl property, which I imagine is what you're looking for.

Also bare in mind that Beatport predominantly sells electronic music.
