wysiwyg editor opensource

Hey I am looking for a Ck editor Ck finder that is free and open source. http://ckeditor.com/

MIT License would be the best XD but even a GPL one would be awsome. Personally For my site I use Ck and love it but I want to release it as a framework : /

Eeuhh, I am not an expert but as far as I can tell CkEditor is available under a triple open source license one of which is the GPL.

Ck Finder is proprietary. I should have been more clear though I didn't notice Ck Editor was free. I still need a Ck Finder alternative.
