Dot Net Nuke - Using AD Provider

Question

I'm having a hard time trying to use the DNN AD provider to authenticate my users on my DNN Site 4.9.5. I have installed the AD Module 1.0.6 and want users to be automatically authenticated and signed in but I just cant get it working.

If I navigate to the windowssignon.aspx page then DNN does create a user account with a random generated password but the email / first name and last name details are incorrect and the user does get signed on automatically.

However, if the user logs out the only way to log in again is to revisit the windowssignon.aspx page again!

Any help / guidance would be appreciated.
