There are a number of startups in incubation and looking for engineers to bring on. What's a good channel to tell these startups "I'm interested!"

Send them your resume. Meet the founders at a conference or the like, and tell them that you're interested. Do something amazing demonstrating your technical skill, and show it to them. Start up your own company, and get them to want to join you, or buy you, or you buy them.
