I've started programming Erlang in Emacs. I keep hearing about how productive Emacs is, but every screencast I've found involves something silly, like (I'd post the links, but I don't have the rep.):

  • creating an HTML table!
  • emailing a project plan directly from the editor!
  • browsing the web!

I'd like to see a video of programmer's workflow, using Emacs to actually work on a real project in a real programming language (Erlang, Lisp, Clojure,... anything!).
