Hi,
I have installed BES 5.0.1 server in windows 2003 sp2 server, and I have exchange server installed in another machine with private domain (not connected to internet/no public domain). From BES admin service console I could able to activate blackberry smartphone via USB connection,but unable to send/receive emails on device. Device remains connected to USB while trying to send/receive emails.
Can someone tell me what's wrong??

BES is able to scan the mails in exchange server for blackberry activate user but unable to push those messages to the smartphone device.
