Are there any relationship between SurfaceFlinger and PowerManagerService...Please help me ASAP

HI,

I need to know sequce flow from PowerManagerService to SurfaceFlinger...i digged the api in PowerManagerService but couldnt get the connection with SurfaceFlinger.Please let me know the sequence flow.
