Unremovable wordpress posts

How to make post unremovable?

So, even admin will not have the abillity to delete it.

I presume you don't want admins to accidentally delete an important post that needs to remain as part of the site, like a 'sticky'. I'm not an expert in wordpress, but I'd think you could handle that through better permission/role delegation.

or, just make it part of your template in some way.

Whether a post/text is stored in the database, PHP or HTML files, it's will be possible for someone with admin control of a site to delete it.
