I am evaluating CSS grids for multi-column web sites, and using Wordpress for simple content management on other sites. I'd like to try the grids on the Wordpress sites.

Which frameworks integrate best with Wordpress?

Assuming you're building your own Wordpress template, there's nothing specific to Wordpress that need influence your decision.

Grids and Blueprint are both great options for multicolumn layouts.

Some folks have created ready-made Wordpress themes using Blueprint:

These might serve as good starting points for a design.
