Android : Plugin development

Hi,

I want to develop application in which i need to do following things. It is for the Android Mobile only.

1> I should be able to stream media from internet 2> That media i need to convert to DLNA compatible format. 3> The application will be stored on the server, When user download app he/she should be able to share their media on the network of its own DLNA complianted device...

Any help on this...any ideas...
