I'm not quite sure if I can post non-programming questions.. But it's certainly related to web dev.

I'm looking for good legal resources/content for our company site.. specifically about terms of use, what's "proper" to post in our forums, etc.

Stackoverflow has a nice legal page with comprehensive info. I googled variations of legal, website, terms of use, etc, but all I get is suspicious, outdated looking websites that claim to provide free templates.

Is there a "go-to" spot for website legal stuff?

If you can afford, why don't you hire a professional lawyer to do that for you?

They're cheaper than making a big legal mistake, for sure.

In the UK you've got Clickdocs and also some sample internet policies and notices from businesslink. Some companies make their legal docs available under a Creative Commons license, Wordpress being a notable example (ToS, privacy).
