Whats necessary to get Accessibility.active to be set true

Trying to get accessibility 'events' from flash - like being informed that there is new content/form and that it should be read.

Looking at examples leads me to believe that either the flash apps I'm looking at are not accessibility enabled or that my app is not causing the Flash accessibility to be marked as active.

Maybe it as simple as starting an Automation processes like UIAutomation or MSAA, I probably just don't get the Flash accessibility model.

If anybody had a .net (C#/VB) example of automation of a flash app it would be really interesting to see.
