Failed to start service Error 1920

Hi, I encountered an issue on running a service. Error description is:

Error 1920.Service ABCD Service (ABC_ABCDEF) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services

My configuration was run the service using "Local System account". If I switched this to "NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService" then the service starts without any issues.

My question was what could have caused this issue? I have full admin rights on the machine. Also the machine is a Vista 32 bit.

Would appreciate any help.
